BOTANICALS

Website line.png

At Brixeur, we strive to forage as many local botanicals as we can. This includes ingredients sourced from around Oregon, our own Trisaetum vineyards, and our Brixeur botanical farm. Foraging local botanicals brings us and our gin closer to our Oregon community and infuses our products with the local terroir.

VINEYARD BOTANICALS

Because of the focus on sustainable viticulture practices that Trisaetum has always stood for, our vineyards are teeming with all kinds of life that contribute to a unique ecosystem. From old-growth fir trees on the volcanic soils of the Coast Range mountains to the bee-friendly wildflowers that dust the rocky soil of Trisaetum’s Ribbon Ridge site, our gins incorporate botanicals that boast the rarity of our vineyard’s typicity.

BOTANICAL FARM

Upon tasting the diversity of Oregon-grown botanicals, Brixeur has launched a project to sustainably farm ingredients. Located at the base of Trisaetum’s Coast Range vineyard site, fruit, flora, and herbs are being ecologically cultivated to become fresh, local additions to our products.
