For us, the most critical aspect of finishing whiskey in used wine barrels is ensuring the cask is fresh, not old and dried out. Operating in the same space as our winery, premium barrels of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling are always within reach. So within seconds of emptying a barrel of wine, our Bourbon and Rye whiskeys are placed into the cask to begin that magical finishing process.



Brixeur's four-step gin process is based on the foundation of highlighting each botanical at its best. Our distillation method combines fresh, local ingredients with traditional and rare botanicals from around the world, all extracted to their truest form. By doing so, Brixeur's five core gins each have a distinct personality and utilize over 70 botanicals.

We believe that the best spirits come hand-crafted in small batches. We taste constantly, obsess over ingredients, and can't help but experiment. In fact, our biggest challenge is knowing when to stop and finally agree that a spirit is worthy of the Brixeur Spirits name.
