The perfect addition to your favorite cocktail, the blend of 17 distilled botanicals in our Willamette Valley gin is a classic take on locally foraged ingredients that aims to reflect the flavors of Trisaetum’s vineyards, Brixeur’s botanical farm, and our home state of Oregon. It includes distilled blackberries from Ribbon Ridge, old-growth fir needles from Coast Range and fresh sage from our botanical farm.

Brixeur gins celebrate the diversity of botanicals grown, gathered, and foraged around the world and in our own backyard. Our gins include 67 distinct botanicals from six continents, Trisaetum's three vineyards, and our Brixeur botanical farm. We strive to showcase the bounty of the world and our local flora.
