Brixeur french wheat, polish potato, and grape Vodka

A distinct union of three ingredients:  wheat from the champagne region of France, potatoes from Poland, and Pinot Noir from Trisaetum Winery, our vodka is as complex as it is pure.

Given our background in winemaking, we wanted to create an expressive vodka, even within the "neutral spirit" category.  During recipe development, we found that potato neutral spirit contributed a smooth and satisfying texture on the palate, while champagne wheat brought a clean, crisp, cereal-like flavor and aroma to the forefront.  The grape neutral spirit, distilled from Pinot Noir harvested in our own estate vineyards, brought a delightful and balanced sense of fruity sweetness to the finish.

The resulting combination is our Brixeur Vodka, and while "sipping vodkas" are somewhat rare, we hope you'll enjoy this chilled over ice and experience the subtle expressions brought forth by the union of potato, wheat, and grape.
