SPEAKEASY SESSIONS
Speakeasy Sessions are monthly distilling and cocktail classes led by our knowledgable team. Over the course of an hour, you'll take part in a themed, guided, and interactive tasting of spirits and cocktails accompanied by food. Enjoy the intimate, small class setting in our speakeasy tasting room: The Cottage, our barrel cave, or our heated patios overlooking the vineyard.
Brixeur club members receive priority access, discounted tickets, and one free session for two people per year

Join us for specialty cocktail flight. We’re excited to partner with Dappled Tonic, a fellow women-owned business out of Portland, who will be here to tell you all about their products as you sip combinations of our craft gins with their delicious selection of tonics.
